2. What Stumble Is Not (No Professional Services)
Stumble does not provide:
Therapy or counseling
Medical, psychological, or psychiatric care
Diagnosis, treatment, or clinical services
Crisis intervention
Emergency services
Stumble is not a healthcare provider and does not replace licensed professionals.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
3. No Reliance / User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
You do not rely on Stumble for medical, legal, or professional advice.
All decisions you make based on Stumble content are your own responsibility.
Stumble does not guarantee any emotional, psychological, or personal outcomes.
You agree to use Stumble at your own discretion and risk.
4. AI Disclosure
You understand and acknowledge that:
Some interactions on Stumble are generated by artificial intelligence systems.
Stumble Guides are not human and are not licensed professionals.
AI outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, or inaccurate.
You agree not to treat AI-generated content as professional advice.
5. Assumption of Risk

7. User Conduct

Stumble’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Stumble in the prior 12 months, or $100 USD if no payment was made.
