Stumble Survivor Access Program

Stumble Survivor Access Program

Why Stumble Will Always Be Free for Survivors

At Stumble, we believe emotional safety should never be gated behind a paywall.

That belief isn’t a marketing angle. It’s a foundational value. And it’s why we are officially launching the Stumble Survivor Access Program.

Stumble will always be free for survivors of domestic violence.
No cost. No interrogation. No hoops meant to discourage access.

Because when someone is rebuilding their life, connection and support should be available immediately — not after a credit card check.

What This Means

If you are a survivor of domestic violence, you can apply to receive 12 months of full Stumble access at no charge.

At the end of that year, you can renew your access by simply reapplying. There is no lifetime cap. If you still need support, we want Stumble to remain available to you.

This is not charity.
This is infrastructure for healing.

We trust survivors. Our goal is to remove barriers — not create them.

Survivor Access Guidelines

To keep the program sustainable while honoring its purpose, here are the principles behind it:

• Survivor access is self-identified — we do not require invasive proof or documentation
• Applications are lightweight and designed to respect privacy . Just send us an email saying you are a surivor and what your username and email is for Stumble.
• Access is granted for 12 months at a time
• Renewal is available annually with a simple reapplication
• The program exists to support people actively rebuilding emotional stability, connection, and safety

We reserve the right to adjust program capacity as Stumble grows, but our commitment remains unchanged:

Survivors will always have a path to access Stumble.

Why We’re Doing This

Stumble was built for the space between isolation and healing — the moments when someone needs structure, reflection, and community without judgment.

Domestic violence survivors often face:

• Emotional disorientation
• Financial instability
• Social isolation
• Loss of support networks

Charging for access during that phase would contradict everything we stand for.

Healing should not be a luxury.

A Survivor Brand — By Design

Our commitment doesn’t stop at access.

A portion of Stumble proceeds supports mental health and suicide prevention initiatives. We believe technology companies should reinvest in the wellbeing of the communities they serve.

We are also intentional about who we hire.

We actively seek to bring in:

• Survivors
• Veterans
• People living with PTSD

Not as a headline. Not as branding.

But because lived experience builds better systems for healing and connection.

We don’t want to simulate empathy. We want to employ it.

Our Promise

Stumble exists to help people move forward — especially when life has knocked them sideways.

If you are a survivor, you belong here.

No gatekeeping.
No shame.
No financial barrier to support.

We are proud to be a survivor brand.

And this program is just one way we’re putting that belief into action.

If you’d like to apply for Survivor Access, you can do so by emailing surivor@joinstumble.com with your Stumble username and email.

You are not alone. And you don’t have to navigate healing by yourself.

Thanks!
